We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or no-shows, may result in a charge of 50% of the service fee. For certain packages or group bookings, a more stringent cancellation policy may apply, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

For your safety and well-being, please inform our staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or health concerns at the time of booking or upon arrival. 6. Valuables and Personal Belongings

While we provide lockers for your convenience, The Urban Serene Spa is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings or valuables brought onto our premises. We highly recommend leaving valuable items at home.

7. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are valid for the period stated on the voucher (typically 12 months from the date of purchase) and must be presented at the time of redemption. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.

8. Conduct and Etiquette

To ensure a serene and relaxing environment for all our guests, we request that you maintain a calm and respectful demeanor. Please lower your voice, silence mobile phones, and avoid disruptive behavior. Smoking and alcohol consumption are not permitted on the premises.
